Component Locations and Functions (Figure 33)
LED1
Lights when the board detects any of the following troubles:
l
Blown fuse (Fl , F2 or F3)
l
AC power loss
l
Overvoltage condition, regulated version only (more than 30VDC).
Fl and F2 = 5A non-replaceable output fuses.
F3 = 15A replaceable input fuse (inputs raw DC).
F4 and F5 = 3A replaceable output fuses.
Jumpers
NOTE:
The following jumpers are zero-ohm resistors.
JWl = Clip OUT if ammeter connected to P8. Otherwise, leave IN.
JW2, JW3 and JW4 = IN for filtered power. Otherwise, OUT.
JW5, JW6 and JW8 = IN for regulated power. Otherwise, OUT
JW7 = Unused.
Connectors and Connector Pins
Pl, P4 thru P7 and Pll = 2-pin connectors.
l
Pl-1 = - BATT.
l
Pl-2=+BATT.
l
P4-1 = +24VDC (from Fuse Fl).
l
P4-2 = 24VDC COMMON.
l
P5-1 = +24VDC (from Fuse Fl).
l
P5-2 = 24VDC COMMON.
l
P6-1 = +24VDC (from Fuse F2).
l
P6-2 = 24VDC COMMON.
l
P7-1 = +24VDC (from Fuse F2).
l
P7-2 = 24VDC COMMON.
l
Pll-1 = Unused.
l
Pl l-2 = Unused.
