Features and Functions
The 41 OO+/UT Intelligent Power Supply can operate in three different modes:
l
Standard Power Suply with lead-acid batteries
l
Power Supply with Audio Amplifier and with lead-acid batteries
l
Power Supply without Charger (for use with 110 Ah lead-acid batteries).
Switches
The different Intelligent Power Supply modes are DIP switch selectable using the Configuration DIP Switch SWl.
The six-position DIP switch SW1 identifies the configuration of the power supply. Since the power supply employs
reverse logic, the ON switch position equals a logic ZERO, while the OFF switch position equals a logic ONE. The
normal SW1 settings for the 41 OO+/UT are listed below.

NOTES:
l
1 =OFF (switch open/right); O=ON (switch closed/left).
l
Switch position SW1 -2 is used for audio aplications:
1 =OFF (Amplifier switches to battery upon loss of AC power.)
O=ON (Amplifier switches to battery when told to do so by Master Controller.)
l
Switch position SW1 -1 is a spare.
SW2-1 ON = 9600 baud.
SW2-1 OFF = 1200 baud.
