Installing S57 charts
S57 charts are installed from the S57 Chart Manager.
1 Press the Import S57 key in the S57 Chart
Manager dialog to activate the Import S57
dialog
2 Select the … key and browse to the folder
where you have saved your S57 charts
4 Press Import to start copying the chart cells
to local hard disk
− The imported charts will be listed in the
Data servers field
5 Press Import to start copying the chart cells
to local hard disk
− The chart cells will now be copied to the
ECDIS system. If several and large cells are
imported this might take several hours. The
progress bar will show estimated remaining
time
