Battery voltage message
The wireless foot switch is powered by a battery. The
system will detect a low battery status and emit an
acoustic signal. In this case, the battery should be
replaced within a week to prevent system failure.
When the battery is completely empty, the acoustic sig-
nal will change to a long beep with brief pauses. In this
case, the treatment center can no longer be operated.
Battery for wireless foot switch
1 x type alkaline baby (C or LR14) with 1.5 V
(commercially available)
Always use high-quality batteries!
Removing and changing the battery from the
wireless foot control (without battery compart-
ment)
The housing of the wireless foot switch must be opened
to change the battery. Touch a grounded metal part
before opening the housing to prevent damage to the PC
board due to electrostatic discharge.
Prior to changing the battery, switch the treatment center
off at the main switch. This prevents the inadvertent trig-
gering of unwanted functions.
