Creating sequences – Direct recording

With direct recording, notes can be input on steps directly when both
stopped and playing back.
This is particularly suitable for building up sequences while perform-
ing by directly inputting notes during playback.
Basic operations

Press and hold

for the position where you want to input a
note

Play a note on the keyboard to input it at the step.
Notes can also be input if procedures 1 and 2 are done in re-
verse order.
