20. Install the rotary seal O-ring on each shaft.
21. Figure 127 shows the rotary seal O-ring installed on the
shaft.
22. Install the flush-side rotary seal onto the shaft, aligning the
tab with the notch on the seal.
23. Figure 129 shows the seal installed.
