• Check the battery strength. (After
approximately 500 charges, the battery
will no longer hold a full two-hour charge
and will need to be replaced). Contact a
Stryker representative to order a new
battery.
“Invalid Card Detected”
is heard when using
dongle
• The dongle being used may be single-
use only. Please contact your local
Stryker Representative.
• Check the version of the dongle being
used. All 1.0 version dongles will only
work with older versions of Sidne. All 2.0
version dongles will work with old and
new versions of Sidne.
