• Remove the oil seal stopper ring.
• Pull the inner tube out of the outer tube.
NOTE:
Be careful not to damage the inner tube.

• Remove the following parts.
A Oil seal
B Oil seal retainer
C Guide metal
D Slide metal
E Oil lock piece
• Remove the pin
F.
• Remove the washer
G.
• Remove the spring adjuster
H from front fork cap bolt.
The slide metals, oil seal and dust seal must be
replaced with the new ones when reassembling the
front fork.
