Are the resistance and continuity OK?
Step 2
1) Turn the ignition switch ON.
2) Measure the injector voltage between Y/R wire and ground.
NOTE:
Injector voltage can be detected only 3 seconds after ignition
switch is turned ON.
$ Injector voltage: Battery voltage

Is the voltage OK?
YES Go to Step 2.
NO
Replace the injector with a new one.

• Gr/B wire open or shorted to ground, or poor k
connection.
(Front cylinder side)
• Gr/W wire open or shorted to ground, or poor b
connection.
(Rear cylinder side)
• If wire and connection are OK, intermittent trou-
ble or faulty ECM.
• Recheck each terminal and wire harness for
open circuit and poor connection.
• Replace the ECM with a known good one, and
inspect it again.
NO Open circuit in the Y/R wire.
