Provisioning the Input Reference
You need to know the following information about the input reference signal before
you can provision the Input Reference signals:
îš„ Input selection mode
îš„ Interface type
îš„ Frame type/frequency
îš„ Quality level
îš„ Priority level
îš„ SSMs and bit position
îš„ CRC
Setting the Input State
Use the ED-EQPT command to provision the inputs to the TimeProvider. You can
enable, disable, or place an input in Monitor mode (where the input is monitored, but
cannot be selected as the system reference).
ED-EQPT:[<tid>]:<aid>:[<ctag>]::<keyword>=<value>;
This command has a default access level of ADMIN.
Sample Command
ED-EQPT::INP1:TS1000::INSTATE=MONITOR;
This command places Input 1 in the Monitor mode.

INPp (p = 1 | 2)

INSTATE ENABLE Enables the specified input ENABLE
GPS = DISABLE
MONITOR Places the specified input in
Monitor Only mode.
DISABLE Disables the specified input
