Functions
On the Telecom status screen, you can use the Reset function
to change the communications parameters back to the default
settings. (Remember to Select
Yes
for the first status setting,
Auto Dialing Modem.)
Note also on the status screen that the last
5
functions, Display,
Print, Save, Load, and Clear, are
all
RAM buffer-related
functions.
Later, if you wish to edit an autolog file, use the Delete and Insert
functions on the Editlog screen to change line entries.
In Terminal mode, you may need to use the Break function in
addition to Disc to complete the log off process.
If
you save information, use the Text application to read and
edit any unnecessary control characters that were transmitted
from the Host system.
To exit Telecom and Return to the Main Menu, press
0
at
the
original Telecom screen.
