4 Description of Function
Purpose of This
Chapter
This chapter explains the basic principle of the Te-Stack, shows how it is
structured and gives a functional description of the assemblies.
4.1 Overview of Modules and Components
4.1.1 Te-Stack With the Te-MO
Each of the three Te-MO slides can be equipped with a Te-Stack base unit. The
Te-Stack base units are mounted in front of the slides using a Te-Stack support.
The slide in the middle of the Te-MO can be equipped with a DiTi waste.
4.1.2 Te-Stack With Freedom EVO
The Freedom EVO version can be equipped with up to four Te-Stack base units.
A transfer station is located in front of the Te-Stack base units.
