6.8 Interrupting or Aborting a Run
Interrupt 1 Pause the script/process.
Refer to the “Application Software Manual”.
2 Clear the error, or carry out the requested tasks, respectively.
3 Continue the script/process.
Refer to the “Application Software Manual”.
Abort 4 Abort (stop) the script/process.
Refer to the “Application Software Manual”.

Depending on the applications, parts of the unit may have been in contact with bio
hazardous, poisonous or even radioactive materials.
Make sure to treat these materials according to the applicable safety standards
and regulations.
