Introduction
3.1.1 Overview
3.1.1.1 Te-MO Version
The Te-MO version is equipped with three Te-Stack base units, which are installed
above the slides of the Te-MO. Each Te-Stack base unit holds a stacker column.
The Te-Stack base units are fastened to the Te-Stack support.
The figure shows the main parts and their designation:
3.1.1.2 Freedom EVO Versions
The Freedom EVO version is equipped with two or four Te-Stack base units, and
two or four stacker columns (visible in Fig. 3-6, 3-5), respectively.
In front of two Te-Stack base units a transfer station is installed.
The Te-Stack base units are fastened to the base units supports.
