ATTENTION: In order to assemble and tension the motor belt, follow the procedure shown
in the video attached:

17. Ret the gradient motor, paying attention that the cable is repositioned correctly.
18. Reposition the front roller on the equipment. Do not yet x the front roller with the screws.
19. Time the two belts and tension them slightly to prevent slipping or to lose timing.
20. Insert the rubber strips between the belts and slats. Fit the 60 old slats with the new
self-locking nuts and the new plates.
21. Tension the tread belt according to the procedure: $6.2.3 INSTALLATION OF A NEW
TREAD BELT-BELT REPLACEMENT.
22. Install the antistatic brush.

23. Completely ret the equipment. Remember to connect all the connectors. Grease the
toothed belt.
INSPECTION TEST:
_Test duration:approx. 30 sec: with the equipmenton, start an exercise (QUICK START) and check
that the tread belt moves smoothly, that it is not noisy and that the equipment gradient and speed
vary as the position of the joystick changes.
