ER-
ROR
CODE
ERROR DESCRIPTION SOLUTION
02 OVER-CURRENT on the drive, detected
by the current sensor.
- Check the motor side encoder connec-
tor contacts. They must be “regular” and
not enlarged or stretched out [1].
- Check that a secondary ferrite is present
for the motor encoder harness, inside the
machine. Check that the two ferrites are
properly closed.
- If the error persists over time: replace
the motor-encoder group.
03 UNDER-VOLTAGE: value of the DC Bus
exceeds its minimum threshold.
- Power supply cable not correctly con-
nected, placed or fastened with the
dedicated cable tie. See section: $5.4
LAYOUT AND CORRECT ARRANGE-
MENT OF THE CABLES, to make sure
the machine has been installed correctly.
- Check the electrical system: poor dis-
tribution in the electric system (shared
neutral, lines too short) or temporary low
voltage of the electrical network.
04 OVER-VOLTAGE: value of the DC Bus
exceeds its maximum threshold.
- Brake unit (Broken/not connected).
- Input voltage with power surges.
- Power supply cable not correctly con-
nected.
05 SERIAL TIMEOUT: Serial communication
timeout. Communication errors between
the high kit and the Low Kit.
- Check the serial communication.
- Update the high kit SW at the last ver-
sion.
06 EEPROM: errors in the data stored in Ee-
prom.
- The error may occur in the case of up-
grading the rmware when the new ver-
sion involves a set of parameters that are
di󰀨erent than the previous version. Per-
form a factory reset (802 =1, then 800 =
1) + standard settings.
For details, see: $6.5 PROCEDURE FOR
RESTORING THE LOW KIT FACTORY
SETTINGS.
- If not OK, replace the Low Kit.
