Measurement Accuracy
The impedance of the DUT is either the actual measured value or a value, which is derived from
the formulas below:
If LJ=90° ĺ |Z| = ǔL
If LJ= -90° ĺ |Z| = 1/ǔC
If LJ=0° ĺ |Z| = R
Voltage Level Accuracy Limit
See the Measurement Accuracy Tables located in the Appendix. The tables contain formulas for
calculating the Voltage Level Accuracies.
