These procedures use external, traceable signal sources to calibrate the
TAS
475 and
TAS
485 Oscilloscopes. Table
4-1
on page 4-14 lists all the test
equipment required for these procedures.
The
following topics cover what
is
required
to
adjust the oscilloscope. Also,
the performance of individual adjustments is discussed.
The Factory
Horizontal Cal and Factory Vertical Cal calibration routines
are
selected from the Utility menu
of
the oscilloscope. These routines use
both
front-panel controls and external standards you provide
in
response to
instructions
displayed on the CRT readout.
