What to do if arc does not ignite and there is no fault code on THERMACUT Power Supply?
    • G
      Greg RoweSep 15, 2025
If the THERMACUT Power Supply's arc does not ignite without any fault code, it could be due to an incorrect cutting torch type being connected. Ensure you connect the correct cutting torch. Also, incorrect gas pressure can cause this issue; check the consumables and replace them if necessary.

What to do if THERMACUT Power Supply shows Fault code H06 ?
    • A
      Ashley OrtegaSep 12, 2025
If the THERMACUT Power Supply displays fault code H06 indicating excess temperature, ensure the fan is running freely. If the duty cycle has been exceeded, switch off the device and allow it to cool down, and avoid exceeding the duty cycle in the future. If the components are defective, contact your retailer.
