Eachcuttingdeckissuspendedfromacarrierframe.Thecuttingdeckcarrier
frameisattachedtotheliftarmandallowsthecuttingdecktopivotontheliftarm
pivotshaft.ThecuttingdeckpositionsareidentiedinFigure244.
Removethecuttingdeckfromtheliftarmpivotshaftasfollows:
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecuttingdecks,shutoffthe
engine,settheparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Removethelynchpinandthrustwasherthatsecurethecarrierframeto
theliftarmpivotshaft.
3.Slidethecuttingdeckassemblyoffthepivotshaftandawayfromthe
machine.
4.Disassemblethecarrierframeasnecessary(Figure243).
InstallingtheCuttingDeckCarrierFrame
1.Assemblethecarrierframeasnecessary(Figure243).
2.Slidethecuttingdeckassemblyontothepivotshaftontheliftarm.
3.Securethecuttingdecktothepivotshaftwiththethrustwasherandlynchpin.
4.Lubricatethecarrierframegreasettings.
