  If a spray section on your Toro Paint Sprayer doesn't spray, ensure the electrical connection on the spray section valve is clean and properly connected. Turn the valve off manually, disconnect the electrical connector, clean all leads, and reconnect it. Check the fuses and replace them if necessary. Inspect for and repair or replace any pinched hoses. Adjust the section-bypass valves if they are improperly adjusted.

Reduce the load on the engine and use a lower ground speed if it's operated under excessive load. Clean the air-intake screens with every use, and ensure the cooling fins and air passages under the engine-blower housing and/or the rotating-air-intake screen are clean.

  If the pressure drops when you turn on a spray section of your Toro Paint Sprayer, adjust the section bypass valve if the spray section bypass valve is improperly adjusted. Remove the inlet and outlet connections to the section valve and remove any obstructions if there is an obstruction in the spray section valve body. Remove and inspect all nozzles if a nozzle filter is damaged or clogged.
