Specify the remote Fax to receive the
Relay Destination Transmission Report
with the address book or the direct dialing
(the digital keys).
- Only one remote Fax can receive the transmission result.
- To correct the remote Faxes, if they are specified by the address
book, press the same remote [FAX] button again to clear the
highlight, and press the correct remote [FAX] button. If specified
by the digital keys, press the [B Space] button and enter the
correct number.

Make sure that the registration details are
correct, and press the [ENTER] button.
The mailboxes that have been registered can be confirmed in the
mailbox/ relay box report. "Printing ITU MAILBOX List" Page 114

Press the [ALWAYS] or [ON ERROR]
button to select the original received from
the Relay Originator.
- ALWAYS: The report output when the original is received from the
Relay Originator in your mailbox.
- ON ERROR: The report is output when a communications error
occurs.
