[NAME] Input the name of customer.
[TEL NUMBER] Input the telephone number of customer.
[E-MAIL] Input the E-mail address of customer.
[ADDRESS] Input the address of customer.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN
[NUMBER] Input the number of SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
[NAME] Input the name of SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
[TEL NUMBER] Input the telephone number of SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
[E-MAIL] Input the E-mail address of SERVICE TECHNICIAN.
(20) Press the [OK] button to register and complete the order information setting.
(21) The SERVICE screen is returned.
