Description
The function of the TS 4800 outfeed conveyor is to distribute loads at high
capacity and with low spacing. It is particularly gentle on all loads - whether
lightweight or heavy. The TS 4800 outfeed conveyor is a compact conveying
unit consisting of idler rollers with one or more discharge rails which are
added depending on the specific application. Drive and swivel roller bars can
be positioned optimally between the tail pulleys on the infeed and
discharging as they are required for the specific load.
The roller pitch of 60 mm with a roller diameter of 50 mm is equally suitable
for loads of smaller dimensions.
Technical description
Idler rollers and swivel roller bars are driven jointly via a flat belt. The drive is
effected via a gear motor. The swivel movement of the discharge rails is
effected via pneumatic cylinders. Various discharge angles are realised,
depending on the stroke, number of cylinders or adjustments made.
The mechanical design of the frame has been selected to allow the conveyor
to be adapted to suit the specific application conditions at any time: For
example, swivel roller bars can be inserted or displaced at a later point in
time. Cyclic operation is not possible with this conveyor.
