Maintenance plan
Calculation basis for the maintenance works is a single-shift operation.
Increased risk of accident due to:
Exposed machine parts when protective devices are removed.
Do not reach into running machine.
Do not access the machine.
Switch the machine off during maintenance works that do not require that
it is running.
Secure the machine against unintentional restarting.

Maintenance schedule

Daily Complete machine Inspection:
After work or in case of a shift change over,
make sure all possible load remains are
cleared out of the machine.
There may not be any foreign particles left
on the belt or in the pulley / roller areas.
Daily Protective devices Visual inspection:
Is the equipment complete according to the
specifications in the operating instructions?
Is all the equipment undamaged and func-
tional?
