Weekly Swivel roller bars Visual inspection:
 Evident angular deviation of single swivel
rollers? If so, this is an indication for wear.
Have swivel roller bar replaced / overhauled
.
 Are belts worn or damaged? If so, replace
the belt.
Inspection:
 Is there abnormal running noise? If so,
check bearings or replace swivel roller bar.
 Large play at swivel roller bars? If so,
replace swivel roller bar.
Weekly Drive belt Clean up drive belt.
Visual inspection:
 Is the surface damaged? If so, replace the
belt.
Weekly Round belt Visual inspection:
 Are belts worn or damaged? If so, replace
the belt.
Weekly Idler rollers Check-up:
 Is there abnormal running noise? If so,
check or replace the idler rollers.
Monthly Pneumatics / Mainte-
nance unit
Inspection:
 Check seals and hoses for leaks.
 Check pressure adjustments.

Observe the oper-
ating instructions
provided by the
manufacturer!
Gear:
 Are there patches of oil under the gear unit?
If so, seal off leak and correct oil level.
 Check mounting and alignment.
 Abnormal running noises? Check bearings.
Motor:
 Check cable routing and temperature.
 Is there abnormal running noise? Check
bearings.
 Check cooling fins and air intakes.
Every 6

Joining elements Check that bolts subject to dynamic load are
tight.
Quarterly Supports with rubber-
metal buffers
Visual inspection:
 Rubber-metal buffer damaged?
If so, replace rubber-metal buffer.
 Rubber-metal buffer loose?
If so, righten screws.
