 Assemble the bottom
cover
Complete the following steps:
 Assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
 Bottom cover is assembled.

Drive belt is tensioned/adjusted.
Tail pulley
Tensioning/adjustment at the tail pulley assembly must be performed evenly
at the conveyor infeed and the conveyor outfeed. Fine adjustment of the belt
is performed via the tail pulley assemblies.
Requirements:
 Machine has been taken out of operation.
 Machine has been secured to prevent it from being switched on inadvert-
ently.
 Remove the covers
Complete the following steps:
1. Release the joining elements of the front cover (1) on both sides.
2. Release the joining elements (2) and push them to the side.
3. Detach the front cover (3) on both sides.
 Covers are disassembled.
