 Assemble the tail
pulley
Complete the following steps:
 Assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
 Tail pulley is assembled.

Tail pulley is replaced.
Replacing the finger guard
Requirements:
 Machine has been taken out of operation.
 Machine has been secured to prevent it from being switched on inadvert-
ently.
 Corresponding idler rollers are disassembled.
 Disassemble
the finger guard
Complete the following steps:
1. Release the joining elements (2).
2. Remove the finger guard (1).
 Finger guard is disassembled.
 Assemble the finger
guard
Complete the following steps:
 Assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
 Finger guard is assembled.

Finger guard is replaced.
