Servicing the swivel roller assembly
To ensure reliable functioning of the outfeed conveyor, we recommend that
you have any further dismantling steps not shown here carried out by tech-
nical personnel from TRANSNORM SYSTEM GmbH.
Requirements:
Swivel roller assembly is removed.
Swivel rollers are in basic position.
Replace
the round belts
Complete the following steps:
1. Remove the finger guards (1).
2. Cut through the old round belts (3) using side-cutting pliers and remove.
3. Remove the joining elements (5) for the carrier plate.
4. Thread the new round belts onto the belt pulleys (4) and fit onto the
swivel rollers (2).
Do not use sharp-edged auxiliary equipment or force to do this.
5. Fit the joining elements (5).
Round belts are replaced.
