Requirements:
 Machine has been taken out of operation.
 Machine has been secured to prevent it from being switched on inadvert-
ently.
 Motor has cooled down.
 Disassemble the
gear motor
WARNING
Increased risk of accident!
Motor can tilt and crush body parts.
 Secure motor to prevent it from falling.
 Use hoists to lift motor on and off.
Complete the following steps:
1. Disconnect the electrical lines to the motor.
2. Support motor with hoists.
3. Remove the cap (3).
4. Release the joining elements (1).
5. Remove the joining elements (5).
