Replacing the drive belt

Drive belt, endless joint
Requirements:
Machine has been taken out of operation.
Machine has been secured to prevent it from being switched on inadvert-
ently.
Corresponding idler rollers are removed.
Finger guard is removed.
Loosen the drive belt
Complete the following steps:
Proceed as described in the section on loosening/tensioning/adjusting
the drive belt.
Drive belt is loosened.
Remove the drive
belt
Increased risk of accident!
Motor can tilt and crush body parts. On drive assembly M3.
Secure motor to prevent it from falling.
Use hoists to lift motor on and off.
Complete the following steps:
1. Remove the joining elements (1) on both sides. On drive assembly M3.
2. Raise the cross beams with motor in the direction of the arrow and
secure to prevent from falling.
