Tensioning unit
The tensioning unit is used to compensate for the length tolerance of the
drive belt.
Requirements:
 Machine has been taken out of operation.
 Machine has been secured to prevent it from being switched on inadvert-
ently.
 Remove the bottom
cover
Complete the following steps:
1. Release the joining elements (1), (2) on all sides and push them to the
side.
2. Disassemble the bottom cover (3).
 Bottom cover is removed.
