Replacing the pressure roller
Requirements:
 Machine has been taken out of operation.
 Machine has been secured to prevent it from being switched on inadvert-
ently.
 Corresponding idler rollers are removed.
 Finger guard is removed.
 Disassemble the
pressure roller
Complete the following steps:
1. Remove the joining elements (1).
2. Remove the roller (2).
 Pressure roller is disassembled.
 Assemble the pres-
sure roller
Complete the following steps:
 Assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
 Pressure roller is assembled.

Pressure roller is replaced.
