4. Tighten all the joining elements.
Drive belt is tensioned.
Adjust the drive belt
Risk of injury due to exposed machine parts!
Limbs, hair and clothing may become caught in rotating machine parts
causing injuries from crushing.
Wear close-fitting protective clothing.
Wear a hairnet to cover long hair.
Complete the following steps:
1. Release the counternut (1).
2. Adjust the screw (2) to adjust the belt run.
3. Switch on the machine.
4. Check that the belt runs correctly.
5. Switch off the machine.
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 until the belt run is correct.
7. Tighten the counternut (1).
Drive belt is adjusted.
