SECTION 2: TROUBLESHOOTING
A. DRIVE AXLE
Troubleshooting information for the drive axle can be found in the Pro-Mec Manual in Chapter 5 of
this manual.
B. HORN
PROBLEM CAUSE CORRECTION
(a) Blown fuse. (a) Replace fuse.
(b) Faulty or shorted relay. (b) Replace relay.
(c) Loose or damaged wiring and
horn button.
(c) Replace as required.
1. Horn works intermittently or
has no sound.
(d) Damaged or faulty horn. (c) Replace horn.
(a) Shorted wire between horn
button and relay.
(a) Repair or replace wiring as
required.
(b) Stuck horn button. (b) Repair or replace.
2. Horn sounds continuously.
(c) Faulty or shorted relay. (c) Replace relay.
