is used to set the upper measuring limit for the BL20
counter module.
Permissible value range: 1 to 16777215
Write accesses initiate a parameter update on the BL20 internal
module bus.
The parameter is stored retentively in the gateway and is restored
with every node reset.
Note

is only valid if the counter module is operating in
measurement mode.
