These parameters define the range within which the PID Feedback signal value is supposed to
stay in a normal situation. If the PID Feedback signal goes above or below the defined super-
vision range for longer time than what is defined as the
Delay, a PID Supervision fault (F101)
will be trigged.

Upper and lower limits around the reference are set. When the actual value goes above or be-
low these a counter starts counting up towards the Delay (P3.13.6.4). When the actual value is
within the allowed area the same counter counts down instead. Whenever the counter is higher
than the Delay an alarm or fault (depending on the selected response with parameter
P3.13.6.5) is generated.
