Caution! When mounting the PGM-5 module it is strongly recommended to route the cable as shown in Figure
3.18 to prevent interference which may occur if routed too close to the control panel antennas.

2.3.8 DUAL RS-232 Optional Module Mounting
The DUAL RS-232 is a Module that enables connection of any two simultaneous devices, such as Local PC
programming or GSM Module.
The GSM unit enables the PowerMaster-30 system to operate over a cellular network (for details regarding the
GSM modem features and connections, refer to the GSM Modem installation instructions).
1. To install the DUAL RS-232 module into
the control panel, press it into the marked
location (see Figure 3.19) until a click is
heard.
2. Connect a local PC or GSM module, to
one of the DUAL RS-232 module
connectors, as shown in Figure 3.19.
