The system provides CLI user interface via console or telnet. After you log into
the system, the default privilege level is read only, displayed with the “>” prompt.

mode.

After log-in, type the following command to change the device’s IP address, Network
Mask and Gateway Address:
NSH-5509# config terminal
NSH-5509(config)# ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
NSH-5509(config)# netmask xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
NSH-5509(config)# gateway xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
