– Faulty stratication cylinder
sensor or lead.

– Differential pressure sensor
or cable defective.
► Test sensor.
► Check lead.
► Press reset button.
30 CRC
Burner control unit
– The EEPROM data set is invalid. ► Switch power supply OFF/ON.
If fault persists:
► change burner control units.
34 CRC BCC-ID incorrect
in CM-EEPROM
– Boiler coding card fault. ► Replace boiler coding card.
35 BCC not correct – Boiler coding card has been
removed or incorrectly inserted.
► Ret the correct boiler coding
card.
36 CRC BCC-ID incorrect
in the BCC
– Boiler coding card fault. ► Replace boiler coding card.
37 Incorrect BCC – The boiler coding card is
incompatible with the burner
control unit.
► Insert the correct boiler coding
card.
► Press reset button.
38 BCC update required – Boiler coding card fault, PCB
requires a new boiler coding card
(if replacement part).
► Reinsert boiler coding card.
► Check boiler coding card.
39 BCC system error – Boiler coding card fault ► Replace boiler coding card.
42 Condensate pump not
pumping
– Condensate pump is defective.
– Drain line is blocked.
– No power supply to the
condensate pump.
► Check the condensate pump.

► Check power connector and
fuses.

– The cylinder heat time lasts longer
than permitted.
► Check DHW sensor (cylinder
sensor) and sensor lead.

78 Header sensor fault – Faulty header sensor or lead. ► Check sensor.

85 Relay test – Relay test failed. ► Switch power supply OFF/ON.
