3. Fan paper before loading it in the paper tray.
4. Insert the paper with the short edge first.
Notes:
 Load the printed sheet into the tray with the printed side face down.
 Load hole punched paper with the holes toward the back.
 Do not load paper above the maximum fill line. Overfilling the tray can cause the printer to
jam.
5. Adjust the width guides until they touch the edges of the paper.
