3. Load the envelopes into the tray, align the stack, then adjust the guides to touch the edges of the
envelopes.
Load side flap envelopes with the flaps closed, flaps down, and flaps toward the front of the
tray.
Load end flap envelopes with the flaps closed, flaps down, and flaps at the left side of the tray.
Note: Do not load envelopes above the bottom fill line. Overfilling the tray can cause the printer
to jam.
4. Close the tray.
5. Verify the size, type, and color settings. Change the selection for any incorrect setting.
6. On the printer touch screen, touch Confirm.
