(2) Motor locked (stuck):
Disconnect the power lock and the cable for
inspection in power - off status. Rotate the
motor manually to check the rotation of the
motor
Stuck
Check the brake
Non - stuck
Abnormal controller. Replace the controller
and repeat the inspection as above.
(3) Brake check:
Disconnect the power lock and the cable
and release the brake for abnormality in
power - off status
Stuck
Judge brake OK
Non - stuck
Abnormal motor. Check the motor
No load: normal no - load and weak riding
Disconnect the power lock and check
whether the motor terminal ca-
ble and controller fastening screws
are loose in the power - off status;
Check whether the magnetic steel falls off:
whether there is a large abnormal sound
when starting the vehicle under load.

Repair or replacement
