3.2.3 Disassembly and installation of lithium battery
3.2.3.1 Disassembly and installation
Disassembly
●
Park the vehicle on the level road and support the
main support.
●
Close the key and pull it out.
●
Open the seat cushion and turn off the air switch.
●
Along the – arrow - the direction of the lithium
battery – 1 -.
●
Along the – arrow – another lithium battery – 1
- is raised.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order of disassembly.
Danger:
Attention shall be paid to the following safety precautions in handling the battery:

The battery will produce hydrogen gas. The hydrogen will be ignited when the battery approaches the flame
or spark.
●
The battery electrolyte is highly acidic and shall be avoided on clothing or other fibers. The splashing elec-
trolyte shall be cleaned immediately with a large amount of water.
Environmental protection:
●
Old and waste batteries shall be recycled by Yadea professional departments.
Caution:
●
There is no interference between the vehicle body and battery conductor.
●
After tightening the positive terminal, be sure to cover the insulated rubber sleeve.
