Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order of
Disassembly.
7.3.9.1 Disc brake fault maintenance determination method
Common faults: soft feel, locking and abnormal sound; Soft feel:
(1) Judgment method
Turn the brake lug and feel the brake is weak or
the lug can be pinched to the bottom
Solutions:
1. Operate the brake lug 5~7 times contin-
uously and keep the lug in the actuated
state.
2. Use the 8 - 10 open end wrench, gently
twist the drain nozzle of the disc brake low-
er pump until the oil comes out of the disc
brake, and quickly tighten it again.
3. Operate the brake lug continuously again
until the lug feels the brake. Check wheth-
er the brake feel fault has been eliminated
and whether there are bubbles in the up-
per pump. If there are bubbles, repeat the
above action
4. Eliminate more than 3 times continuously. If
the fault cannot be eliminated, then replace
the disc brake assembly.
Operate the brake lug and observe the upper
pump for bubbles.

Solutions:
1. Clean the oil stains on the working face of
brake pad and brake disc.
2. If they cannot be cleaned, replace the
brake pad or brake disc.

In other factors, replace the disc brake assembly.
Locking:
(1) Judgment method
Check whether the brake pad is installed in
place and whether the disc brake is installed
in the middle of the brake pad.

Solutions:
Disassembly the disc brake lower pump
and reassemble. Make sure the disc
brake is in the middle of the brake pad.
