1. Replace the sleeve of the front wheel disc
brake.
2. If the problem is not resolved, replace the
disc brake assembly.
3. If the problem is not resolved by the two
steps above, replace the front wheel as-
sembly.
Abnormal sound: opposed disc brake
(1) Judgment method: abnormal sound when not braking
1. Check whether the piston returns properly.

Solutions:
Operate the brake lug 5~8 times continuously
until there is no stroke of the lug, and confirm
whether the abnormal sound is eliminated.

2. Check whether the brake pad is installed in
place.
Yes
Solutions:
Disassembly the disc brake lower pump and
reassemble. Make sure the disc brake is in the
middle of the brake pad.

3. Check whether the brake pad interferes with
the disc brake lower pump.
Yes
Solutions:
Disassembly the disc brake lower pump, take
out the brake disc and use a flat file to grind
the interference position of the disc brake until
there is no interference.

4. Check whether the magnitude of interference
between the return spring of the brake pad
and the lower pump is too large.
Yes
Solutions:
Open the dust cover of the lower pump, use a
straight screwdriver or sharp - nose pliers to
fine tune the magnitude of interference be-
tween the limit end of the return spring and
the brake caliper.

Replace with a new disc brake assembly.
Judgment method: abnormal sound when brak-
ing
(1) Judge the type of abnormal sound
1. When braking, there is a "takh" sound, which
appears once per braking.

Solutions:
Disassembly the disc brake lower pump,
check whether the assembly direction of the
return spring of the brake disc is correct, and
whether the return spring limit plate is con-
sistent with the driving direction of the front
wheel.
2. Check whether the brake pad is installed in
place.
Yes
Solutions:
Replace the brake pad or brake disc.
