6.1.12 Disassembly and installation of front wheel
The method of front wheel disassembly is the same as that of front axle.
6.1.12.1 Front axle check
Place the front axle on a flat surface and rotate it for
checking.
Deformation → Replacement
Warning:
●
Do not attempt to straighten the deformed front axle.
●
Bending limit of front axle: 0.25mm
6.1.12.2 Tire check
1. Cover tire
Tire pressure (250Kpa) is not complaint → adjust-
ment
Wear/damage→replacement
2. Wheel rim
Tire bearing damage/deformation → replacement
3. Front wheel out - of - roundness
Front wheel out - of - roundness exceeds the ser-
vice specification → replacement
Front wheel out - of - roundness limit: longitudinal:
1.0mm horizontal: 1.0mm
4. Bearing inspection
Front wheel bearing
If the front wheel bearing can be shaken in the
hub or there is difficulty in the tire running → re-
place the
front wheel bearing
5. Oil seal
Wear/damage→replacement
