3.2.7.5 Converter fault maintenance determination method
Function definition: convert the high-voltage DC current of the power battery into stable low-voltage DC
current, which is used to provide the 12V lighting power supply of the vehicle and to
assist the floating charging of the battery.
Common faults: the horn not tooted, the light not on
3.2.7.6 Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting steps
(1) Input signal check:
Performance check: test the input signal voltage
of the throttle using the voltage gear of the multi-
meter, which shall be 72V.

(2) ACC2 voltage check of center control:
Performance check: test for voltage input at the
ACC2 of the center control using the voltage gear
of the multimeter.
