3.1 Charger
3.1.1 Overview
The charger is a device to replenish the energy for the battery of the vehicle. The charger of this vehicle is an intelli-
gent charger with multiple protection, such as overcurrent, short circuit, flowing backward prevention, input
overvoltage, output open circuit, internal temperature protection and minimum charge limit, including charger, battery
butt plug and AC three - pin plug.
Warning:
●
Read the instructions carefully before charging.
●
This product is only for indoor use and shall be kept away from rain.
Note:
It is strictly prohibited to charge in a confined space or under the hot sun and high temperature environment. Do

Do not disassembly or replace any part of the charger.
Do not charge non - rechargeable batteries.
When the red light is on, the battery is charged, and when it turns green, it is fully charged.
Strictly prevent output opposite to the battery polarity.
Warning:
●
The battery contains explosive gas and must be kept away from flame or spark. Sufficient ventilation shall be provided
during charging.
3.1.2 Charger protection functions
Overheat protection
When the internal temperature of the charger exceeds 70°C, the charging current
will automatically reduce. When the temperature exceeds 80°C, the charger will shut
down for protection. When the temperature drops, the charger will automatically re-
sume charging.
Short circuit protection
In case of unexpected short circuit of the charger output, the charger will automatical-
ly close the output. After troubleshooting, the charger shall be restarted.
Reverse polarity protection
When the battery is connected in reverse, the charger will cut off the connection be-
tween the internal circuit and the battery and will not start charging to prevent dam-
age.
