7.3.6.7 Check the brake line
●
Check the brake line and replace it in case of scratch/damage/crack.
7.3.6.8 Air release (hydraulic brake system)
Air release steps:
(1) Add brake fluid to the master cylinder.
(2) Install the oil cup cap and make sure that no brake fluid
spills.
(3) Use the appropriate transparent rubber oil line on the air
release bolt of the caliper.
(4) Place an oil basin at the other open end of the oil line.
(5) Slowly operate the brake several time.
(6) After several actions, hold the brake lug tightly (i.e. when
the brake is in action) and do not relax.
(7) Unscrew the air release bolt and hold the lug to the bot-
tom. (At this point, hold the brake lug without relaxing).
(8) Lock the air release bolt and loosen the handle.
Repeat steps 5~8 until the air bubbles in the system are
cleared.
Note:
If the air in the system cannot be fully cleared, you can re-
peat the above steps after parking the vehicle for several hours to remove the fine air bubbles that have been sepa-
rated from the system.
7.3.6.9 Brake switch check
Disassembly

Disassembly the brake switch set bolt - arrow -.
●
Disassembly the power - off switch - 1 -.
●
Push down switch circuit and it shall be on. If not, please
replace the switch. Replace the waterproof jacket in case
of scratch/damage/crack.
Installation
Installation is carried out in reverse order of disassembly.
